At Kyliams, we strive to make our customers 100% satisfied with the products they have purchased from us. If you have any issues with shipping or damaged products and feel aggrieved, contact us and our team will take care of your issue as soon as possible.

I WISH TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

Note 1:

Our policy lasts 14 days (from receipt of your order). Beyond this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Note 2:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it . It must also be in the original packaging.

To return an item, contact us by email at contact@kyliams.com or directly via our contact form . We will give you all the details on the procedure to follow.

As soon as we receive the returned items, we inspect them and upon your request, we:

We will refund your items: you will receive an email to confirm the refund of the order. Your account will be automatically credited with the amount of the item purchased. Or, to your original method of payment.

We will exchange your items: the articles will be exchanged against those which you indicated to us by e-mail.

MY ITEMS ARE DAMAGED AND/OR POOR QUALITY

We pay the greatest attention to the quality of our products, but a damage or defective product is always possible. Report the nature of the problem to contact@kyliams.com by attaching the order references, a brief comment, as well as good quality photos, with the label and the anomaly clearly visible. We will take care of the problem as soon as possible.

ARE RETURN COSTS COVERED?

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.

CUSTOMER ADDRESS ERROR

You have 24 hours to modify your order. If you exceed this deadline, we decline all responsibility and no refund or reshipment of a new package "at our expense" could be required.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within one hour of your purchase. ! If the order is already being prepared, the cancellation costs will however amount to 40% of the purchase price.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

All refunds are made to the original payment method. If you paid with a credit card, refunds usually take 7-10 business days.

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially issued.
